Accounting of the financial and economic activities of Baku State University is carried out by 19 leading accountants and economists.

BSU Accounting Department is fully equipped to deliver effective, professional accounting services.  Accounting Department consists of the following structures:

- Accounting for paid education and scholarships

- Economic Department

- Financial Department

Financial and economic activities of the university are coordinated by the Rector's Financial  Advisor to ensure effective communication with departments and faculties, operational execution of the administration’s orders, application of new financial mechanisms.
