Anar Rzayev  was born in 1938  and he  is  a famous prose-writer, dramatist and publicist. His works were widely diffused  abroad.  “Beshmertebeli evin altinci mertebesi” ( The sixth  floor of fivestorey house) , “Ağ liman” ( White  harbor) and  etc. Since  1991, he is a Chairman of Azeri Writers Union .
