Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order to grant Presidential stipends to the students who achieved the highest scores at university admission exams.

Under the Order, the Presidential stipends will be given to 102 students who entered universities with the highest exam scores in 2016-2017 academic year. Ten of them are the students of Baku State University:
