Special attention is paid to the study of the new ideas, proposals, projects of BSU students, as well as their complaints.

In this respect, sealed suggestion and complaints boxes have been set up at BSU, at the same time  the official website of the university (bsu.edu) has section "From student to Rector" for the electronic appeals.

11,035 students have applied to BSU rector since 2019.  These appeals covered issues such as deferral of tuition fees, provision of a hostel, restoration of the expelled students, assistance to low-income students, as well as the opening of new specialties, expansion of double degree and exchange programs, project support.
