President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree granting Presidential Scholarships to students who achieved the highest results in university admission exams for the 2025/2026 academic year.

According to the decree, 102 students across the country were awarded the prestigious scholarship for their outstanding academic performance and excellence in their respective fields.

Among them, 16 students from Baku State University (BSU) have been honored with this distinction.
