A ceremony was held at Baku State University (BSU) to award students who successfully passed the IELTS exam.

Speaking at the ceremony organized by the Education Development Fund, BSU Rector Elchin Babayev noted that the project aimed at promoting the IELTS exam at the university started in October 2022. The goal of the project is to improve the quality of education and foreign language proficiency. The Rector emphasized that this is a great opportunity for students and another clear example of the state's care for youth: "Learning foreign languages, including English, is a necessity of the times. Considering this, a Language Center 'You will speak' has been established at BSU in the format of public-private cooperation."

The event was attended by Elnur Nasibov, Chairman of the Board of the Education Development Fund; Tural Akhmedov, Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education; students, and faculty members.
