7 winners of "Yüksəliş" competition are BSU graduates

The winners of the Yüksəliş competition have been determined. Out of 112 participants in the final stage of the competition 27 people became winners. Aliyev Farrukh Mubariz oglu, Mursalzade Ziya Mukhammedali oglu, Khalilova Rzazade Leyla Gara gizi, Seyranov Khamis Rashad oglu, Gafarzade Laman Isbendiyar gizi and Gaziavande Orkhanker oglu are graduates of Baku State University (BSU).
It should be reminded that the “Yüksəliş” competition was attended by citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher education at the age of 21 to 51 years and at least 2 years of management experience. The competition consists of 5 stages – registration, online selection, face-to-face stage, semi-finals and finals.
The goal of the “Yüksəliş” competition, established by the order of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019, is to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual potential and managerial qualities, as well as introduce modern approaches against the background of rapidly changing conditions in the development of the management mechanism and create a reserve base of the country’s personnel.
