A memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and the Chairman of the Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Chairman of the Supreme Court said that the memorandum would be useful for both structures. BSU Rector Elchin Babayev congratulated the judges and employees of the Supreme Court on their 100th anniversary and wished them success in their professional activities. The rector emphasized that the memorandum of understanding will increase the knowledge and skills  of BSU students.

According to the memorandum, BSU students will undergo internships at the Supreme Court, the parties will hold joint conferences, round tables, seminars, training courses, meetings etc. The document provides for the preparation of joint textbooks, scientific articles, educational and methodological materials and publications.
