Baku State University, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University signed a cooperation agreement on September 30, 2021. The agreement provides for the development of academic, scientific and cultural exchange between universities, cooperation in the field of scientific research.

The signing ceremony was attended by BSU rector Elchin Babayev, rector of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Alpaslan Ceylan and the rector of the university from Kyrgyzstan Asylbek Kulmurzaev, secretary general Oktay Ozgul.

Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University was founded in 1995. The university diploma is officially recognized in Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. The university is ranked second in Kyrgyzstan and 15th in Central Asia.
