Rector of Baku State University (BSU) Elchin Babayev took part in the scientific conferences III STEM ^ 2 (Science, Society, Technology, Tourism, Engineering, Education, Mathematics and Medicine) and “The Role and Place of Higher Education in the 21st Century”, which were held within the framework of the I International Israeli-Uzbek Academic Forum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The Forum was attended by scientists from Israel, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan and Finland.

Elchin Babayev also visited the Tashkent National University and the Institute of Mathematics, as well as the Memorial Complex on Heydar Aliyev Square in Tashkent and the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Uzbekistan.
