The Advisors to the rector of BSU, Khalid Bayramli, Khumar Mamedbagirova, and Shabnam Safarova, visited Ordu University. The parties discussed issues related to the double-degree programs in master's and doctoral programs. Both universities are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding for joint project implementation.
