Rector of the Baku State University, academician Abel Maharramov met with Badma Salayev, rector of the Kalmyk State University ( Russia). Abel Maharramov briefed the gest on the BSU`s activity, international relations, programs and grant projects. Badma Salayev, in turn, spoke of the University of Kalmyk’s history and activity. After meeting a Cooperation agreement was signed between two universities.
