On July 8, 2021 the last meeting of the Academic Council of Baku State University (BSU) was held in the 2021/2021 academic year.
BSU Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Huseyn Mammadov made report on the results of the examination session and the Final State Attestation.
According to the report, 16,132 undergraduate students and 868 graduate students passed the exams. 1138 students took part in the examinations of the Gazakh branch of BSU. The final state certification of 4826 students was assessed in accordance with the overall average success rate, 226 students defended their graduation theses, 156 graduated from the university with honors.
The Chairman of the Appeal Commission Elshad Gurbanov informed about the activities of the commission. He noted that Commission received 107 appeals and all of them were promptly considered.
The members of the Academic Council discussed the issues on the agenda. The meeting of the council ended with a discussion of current issues.
