Valentin Bogorov, Director of the Education Programs of the “Thomson Reuters” Department of Scientific Researches and Intellectual Property, Oleg Utkin, Thomson Reuters Agency representative on CIS countries and and Aygun Babazade, Representative for Azerbaijan has visited  Baku State University.

Rector of the university, academician Abel Maharramov spoke of the importance of publication, promoting and promulgation of the works and articles of scientists to the world's scientific community. The rector stated that the “Thomson Reuters” has a special place among the world prestigious scientific publications.
