Rector of Baku State University (BSU), academician Abel Maharramov received the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in our country Erkan Ozoral. Welcoming the guest, the rector wished him success in his new job and informed him on BSU international relations and co-operation with the Turkish universities.

Ambassador Ercan Ozoral shared his views on the implementation of new programs and projects. Ambassador noted that more 1300 Azerbaijani students received education in Turkey would play an important role in strengthening of relations between the two brotherly countries.

The meeting ended with a discussion of issues of mutual interest.
