Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Azerbaijan Maria Elena Algabre has visited Baku State University (BSU).

Referring to bilateral relations between the Republic of the Philippines and Azerbaijan BSU Rector Elchin Babayev stressed the importance of links between BSU and Philippine universities.

Ambassador Maria Elena Palo Algabre said that the embassy would take all necessary measures to establish closer and more effective mutually beneficial ties between BSU and Philippine universities.

The parties exchanged views on cooperation in the field of research, scholarships and internships, trainings and projects, as well as double diplomas.
