An exhibition "Azerbaijan-Latvia: a cultural-historical dialogue" took place at Baku State University.
Books, magazines, pamphlets and photographs reflecting the socio-political and cultural life in Latvia, and Azerbaijan-Latvian cultural, political and literary connections were exhibited here.

After the exhibition the rector of Baku State University (BSU), academician Abel Maharramov received the Latvian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hardizshs Baumanis and the rector of the University of Latvia, Prof. Dr. Marsis Auzins. During the meeting, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the BSU and the University of Latvia.
