Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU) has met with Necdet Ünüvar, Rector of Ankara University, Turkey.

BSU Rector Elchin Babayev stressed the importance of cooperation between the universities of fraternal Turkey and BSU, in particular with regard to double degree programs. ‘The establishment of the relations with prestigious universities and scientific institutions has been one of the priorities of Baku State University’, said Elchin Babayev.

Rector Necdet Ünüvar shared information about the history and international relations of Ankara University. He expressed the interest in cooperating with Baku State University.

The parties agreed for further cooperation between BSU and Ankara University with regard to the double degree programs, joint research, the exchange of teachers and students as well as carrying out of joint symposiums and conferences.
