Azerbaijan, Georgia to expand cooperation in science and education
A delegation, led by Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Hasan Hasanli, currently visiting Tbilisi, met today with Georgian Minister of Education and Science, Giorgi Amilakhvari. The meeting focused on the prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia in the field of science and education. The discussions covered topics such as the exchange of teachers and students between the relevant universities of both countries, as well as joint scientific research.
The importance of increasing the number of mutual visits for the further expansion and development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia in the field of science and education was emphasized.
The meeting was attended by Faig Guliyev, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia, Simuzar Feyzullayeva, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Education, Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU), Tural Ahmadov, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Education, Elchin Mammadov, Head of the Education Process Organization and Management Department of BSU.
