Baku State University (BSU) and Kokshetau University, one of Kazakhstan’s leading educational institutions, have signed a memorandum of understanding to foster academic collaboration.

The memorandum was formalized by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Kokshetau University Rector Sagintay Elyubayev, aiming to strengthen ties between the two universities.

Under the agreement, both institutions will facilitate the exchange of undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, and faculty members, promoting academic and cultural enrichment.

Founded in 1996, Kokshetau University holds a prestigious reputation in Kazakhstan and is ranked 1501+ in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
