Baku State University (BSU), Baku Higher Oil School and the University of Houston have today inked a trilateral agreement.

The document will see the universities carry out student and teacher exchange, and conduct joint research work.

Prior to the signing ceremony, rector of BSU, academician Abel Maharramov met president of the University of Houston Renu Khator and rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov.

During the meeting, Maharramov highlighted the activities and international relations of the university.
