Baku State University, Beijing Foreign Studies University ink MoU
As part of the working visit to China, the Baku State University (BSU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation with Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU).
The document was inked by Rector of BSU Elchin Babayev and BFSU President Yang Dan.
Rector of BSU Elchin Babayev highlighted the activities of the university, as well as the current education and teaching process. He also stressed the broad prospects for cooperation between Chinese universities and BSU in the fields of education, science and innovation.
BFSU Vice President Jia Dezhong emphasized that they are interested in expanding bilateral cooperation, exchanging students, academic and administrative staff, as well as conducting joint scientific research projects.
The MoU provides for the acceleration of the work between the two Universities to establish joint dual degree programs in the fields of science, education, and culture in the future, implementation of joint projects, development of academic, scientific and cultural exchange opportunities, cooperation in scientific research, exchange of bachelors, masters, joint organization of various events in other areas of mutual interest, including conferences, seminars, symposia, and trainings.
