Baku State University has signed separate agreements on cooperation with Turkish Igdir University, Chinese Sichuan University and American Tulane University.
In his remarks during the signing ceremony, rector of Baku State University, MP Abel Maharramov noted President Ilham Aliyev attached great importance to developing science and education.
He also said Baku State University placed a particular emphasis to developing its relations with foreign counterparts, particularly Turkish, Chinese and US higher educational institutions.
