Baku State University, Japanese Gunma University sign cooperation agreement

Rector of Baku State University, Elchin Babayev and President of the Gunma University of Japan Hiroshi Hiratsuka signed an agreement to enhance cooperation between the two educational institutions.

The agreement features a number of issues, including exchange of teachers, students and researchers, organization of joint seminars and conferences.

Gunma University was founded as a national university in 1949. Gunma University is one of the top Public universities in Maebashi, Japan. It is ranked #701 in QS Global World Rankings 2022.
