Baku State University, the Media Development Agency and the Audiovisual Council have signed a memorandum of cooperation.  
The Memorandum was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev, Ahmed Ismayilov, Executive Director of the Media Development Agency and Ismet Sattarov, Audiovisual Council's Chairman.  
it was agreed to cooperate on the development of scientific-practical knowledge and skills of the faculty and students, on the organization of the joint projects in the fields of media functions and modern development trends, and on the training of the journalist personnel.
