Baku State University and five Research Institutes have signed Memorandum of Understanding.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev, Director General of the Institute of Physics Arif Hashimov, Director General of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies Irada Huseynova, Director General of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics Misir Mardanov, Director General of the Nagiyev Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry Dilgam Tagiyev, Director General of the Institute of Radiation Problems Islam Mustafayev.

A signing ceremony was attended by the Azerbaijan`s Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev. The Minister said that the goal of the Memorandum is to increase the international rating indicators of universities and turn them into scientific research centers.
