A cooperation agreements between the National University of Argentina, Bulgarian university named after Clement Orhidsky and Baku State University were signed on October, 03.

This Agreement provides a general framework for the exchange of trainees and PhD students between universities, mutual assistance in improving the specification in science for professors and teachers, exchange of experience in the development of best practices, joint workshops, seminars, conferences, and implementation of projects and programs.
