Vice-Rector of the University of  East Naples Giuseppe Cataldi and Professor Michele Bernardini visited Baku State University to sign a memorandum of understanding.
Rector of the University, MP Abel Maharramov noted that he was ready to develop relations with scientific and educational bodies of Italy.
He also highlighted the activity of the University, as well as its history, developing levels and international relations.
The sides signed a memorandum of understanding, which envisages holding bilateral symposiums, seminars, conferences, as well as participation in projects and programs and staff exchange.
The Italian delegation has also held meetings in the law and eastern department of the University
