Baku State University (BSU) and Management and Science University in Malaysia have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance academic collaboration. The agreement was formalized by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and President at Management and Science University Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid.

The memorandum outlines a range of joint initiatives, including collaborative projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, trainings, and joint scientific research. It also covers cooperation on joint publications in scientific journals, the development of shared academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, and researchers at various levels.

Founded in 2001, Management and Science University is one of Malaysia's most prestigious institutions, currently ranked 580th in the QS World University Rankings.
