Baku State University (BSU) and Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agricultural University of Pakistan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agricultural University Gamar-uz-Zaman. The document provides for the organization of joint research and exchange programs between the parties.

The university has more than 10,000 students, is ranked 8th overall in ranking of universities in Pakistan and 1201+ in the world university rankings (Times Higher Education).
