A protocol of exchange "Orkhun" was signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University Rector Mukhtar Tolegen.

The protocol provides for the exchange of students, researchers, and scientists.

Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University is a leading multidisciplinary higher educational institution in Oskemen, Kazakhstan. Up to 6,000 students study at the 11 faculties of Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, which was founded in 1996.
