Baku State University (BSU) and Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Türkiye  have signed an Erasmus exchange protocol.

The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and the Rector of Gaziosmanpasa University, Fatih Yilmaz.

The agreement provides for the exchange of bachelors, masters, researchers and academic staff.
