Baku State University (BSU) and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University (Türkiye) have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening academic and scientific cooperation.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elçin Babayev and Rector of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Mehmet Naci Bostancı.

The memorandum outlines collaboration in areas such as joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, courses, training programs, and scientific research. It also includes provisions for joint academic publications, development of academic programs and curricula, as well as the exchange of faculty, administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral students, and researchers.

Founded in 2018, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University is ranked 901–950 in the QS World University Rankings.
