Baku State University (BSU) and the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction have signed a memorandum of understanding.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction Gulchohra Mammadova.

The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the international conference titled “Formation of Human Capital for Sustainable and Resilient Urban Development,” held in Baku.
