A memorandum of understanding was signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Bina Nusantara University (BINUS, Indonesia) in Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea.

The document outlines cooperation between the two universities in scientific research, education, academic mobility, and cultural exchange. It provides for joint research projects, student and faculty exchanges, the organization of international seminars and conferences, and the development of dual degree programs.

BSU Rector Elchin Babayev highlighted the importance of strengthening friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Indonesia in the fields of education and science. He noted that the partnership with BINUS University opens new opportunities for expanding BSU’s cooperation in the Asian region.

BINUS University Rector Dr. Nelly expressed confidence that collaboration with BSU will be mutually beneficial. She emphasized interest in joint initiatives in information technology, engineering, social sciences, business, and management.
