A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Bukhara International University of Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of Bukhara International University Sharif Baratov.

The memorandum provides for cooperation in joint research, academic programs, conferences, seminars, training sessions, and exchange of students, academic and administrative staff. It also includes joint publications and the development of curricula in line with international standards.

Founded in 2021, Bukhara International University is among the rapidly developing higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.
