BSU and Bukhara State Medical Institute Sign Memorandum of Understanding
Baku State University (BSU) and the Ibn Sina Bukhara State Medical Institute (Uzbekistan) have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance academic and scientific collaboration.
The agreement was formally signed by the rectors of both institutions—Elchin Babayev of BSU and Shukhrat Teshayev of Bukhara State Medical Institute.
Under the agreement, the two universities will cooperate on joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, training programs, and scientific research. The memorandum also outlines plans for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of collaborative academic programs, as well as the exchange of faculty, administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral candidates, and researchers.
