Baku State University (BSU) and the Central Asian University of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of cooperation within the framework of the QS Eurasian Forum 2025.

The agreement aims to strengthen institutional integration, promote the exchange of experience, and expand opportunities for joint participation in international projects.

Under the memorandum, signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Central Asian University Rector Kamran Gulamov, the parties agreed to organize joint scientific seminars, conferences, and research projects, enhance student and faculty exchange programs, and identify priority areas for collaboration in innovative and social initiatives across the region.
