An event dedicated to the 45th anniversary of friendship and cooperation between BSU and Charles University (Czech Republic) was held at  Baku State University (BSU).

Rector, academician Abel Maharramov said that the cooperation agreement signed between BSU and Charles University in 1972 provided mutual benefit to both universities, contributed to the development of education and science.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the Republicof Azerbaijan Vitezslav Pivonka highly appreciated the relationship between BSU and Charles University. Professor at Charles University Daniel Frinta spoke about his 30-year cooperation with BSU scientists.

An exhibition dedicated to the 45th anniversary of friendship and cooperation between the universities was organized  in the lobby of university.
