Baku State University (BSU) and Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University have formalized their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of East Kazakhstan University, Tologen Mukhtar.

The MoU outlines plans for cooperation on a wide range of academic and research initiatives, including joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, courses, and trainings. Additionally, the memorandum covers collaborative scientific research efforts.

Founded in 1952, Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University is among Kazakhstan's most prestigious institutions, ranked 24th in the QS Central Asia ranking.
