Baku State University (BSU) and Türkiye's Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University have formalized an "Erasmus" exchange agreement.

The protocol was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Rector Akın Levent, establishing a framework for the mutual exchange of students, academic staff, and administrative personnel between the two institutions.

Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, founded in 1976, currently has approximately 25,000 students. The university comprises 12 faculties, 17 centers, 11 vocational schools, 3 colleges, and 4 institutes.
