A memorandum of understanding on cooperation has been signed between Baku State University and Grand Agro Invitro LLC.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and CEO of Grand Agro Invitro LLC Ramil Azmamedov.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Rector Elchin Babayev noted that one of BSU’s key priorities is strengthening the link between science, education, and industry, promoting public–private partnerships, and supporting the commercialization of scientific results. He expressed confidence that the agreement would contribute to mutually beneficial cooperation.

Ramil Azmamedov, CEO of Grand Agro Invitro LLC, emphasized that collaboration with BSU is expected to produce both scientific and practical outcomes.

Under the memorandum, the parties plan to develop and implement joint research and development projects and support initiatives aimed at effectively utilizing scientific potential. The agreement also provides opportunities for students to gain knowledge, skills, and professional competencies, participate in research projects, and undertake internships. In addition, the sides will cooperate in strengthening laboratory infrastructure, improving operational mechanisms, and developing innovative projects.
