Baku State University (BSU) and Haliç University of Türkiye have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in education and research. The agreement was formalized by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Haliç University Rector Nihat İnanç.

The MoU outlines provisions for the exchange of undergraduate and graduate students, researchers, and academic staff, fostering closer ties between the two institutions.

Founded in 1998, Haliç University is one of Türkiye’s most prestigious universities, currently serving over 17,000 students.
