On November 12 at 11:00 AM, Baku State University (BSU) will host an online training session in collaboration with the international rating agency Round University Ranking (RUR) for representatives of Azerbaijani universities.

The purpose of the training is to enhance the participation of Azerbaijani higher education institutions in international ranking systems and to share insights on modern evaluation approaches, assessment methodologies, and data management mechanisms.

Participants will receive detailed information on how universities are assessed according to RUR’s key performance indicators — education quality, research activity, internationalization, and financial sustainability.

RUR aims to evaluate the performance of global universities through transparent, objective, and multidimensional criteria. The ranking includes thousands of universities from over 80 countries, using 20 indicators across the four main areas of teaching, research, internationalization, and financial sustainability.
