Baku State University (BSU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International School of Financial Technology and Science of Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector of the International School of Financial Technology and Science Mansur Niyazmetov.

The MoU outlines cooperation in a wide range of areas, including the organization of joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, training sessions, and collaborative scientific research. These initiatives aim to enhance the teaching and learning processes at the faculties, institutes, and colleges of both institutions, aligning them with international standards.

The agreement also provides for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs, preparation of curricula and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, undergraduate and graduate students, doctoral candidates, and researchers.
