BSU and Istanbul Technical University Launch Dual Degree Programs

Baku State University (BSU) and Istanbul Technical University (ITU) have agreed to initiate dual-degree programs in the fields of mathematics and chemistry for doctoral studies starting from 2024. This will be implemented in accordance with a memorandum of understanding signed by the two universities.
