A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between Kapital Bank and Baku State University (BSU), marking a new stage in their partnership. The agreement was signed by Javid Mirzayev, First Deputy Chairman of Kapital Bank, and Elchin Babayev, Rector of BSU.

The partnership aims to support students’ professional development through practical training, experience exchange, and closer cooperation between education and industry. Currently, 748 BSU graduates work at Kapital Bank, including 68 in management positions.

Following the ceremony, a modern Kapital Bank Room was opened at BSU to serve students and staff and further strengthen collaboration.
