Baku State University (BSU) and Karadeniz (Black Sea) Technical University of the Republic of Türkiye have signed a memorandum of understanding.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Karadeniz Technical University Rector Hamdullah Çuvalcı.

The memorandum envisions broad cooperation in academic and research fields, including the implementation of joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, internships, and collaborative research initiatives. It also outlines opportunities for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral students, and researchers.
