Baku State University and Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg have signed memorandum on granting of double diplomas to PhD students in Law.

The memorandum was signed by BSU rector Abel Maherramov and Professor at Martin Luther University Christian Tietje.

The Formal signing for the Memorandum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education, Universityof Bremen, Kazakhstan State Law University, Ural State University and other officials.

After the signing ceremony, a conference entitled “Legal Education in Transitional period” was held at BSU with the participation of representatives of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, University of Bremen, Kazakhstan State Law University and Ural State University.
