Baku State University (BSU) and Pamukkale University (Türkiye) have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Pamukkale University Rector Mahmud Güngör.

Under the memorandum, the two universities will collaborate on joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, training programs, and research initiatives. It also envisages joint publications in scientific journals, the development of shared academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral candidates, and researchers.

Founded in 1992, Pamukkale University is recognized as one of Türkiye’s leading higher education institutions.
